I hear it all the time from people who teach or speak in front of groups or crowds: I love to speak to people. But, as communicators or teachers, do we love the people that we speak to? To me, I would much rather listen to a communicator who genuinely cares for people and has healthy motives for why they do what they do. And, perhaps more than anything esle, do they live it out in their own lives?
