Can we really trust that the Bible is reliable?

It wasn’t handed by word-of-mouth.

There are over 5,300 ancient manuscripts of the New Testament.

Some portions and fragments of the New Testament date back to the first century, just a couple of decades after it was written. One more time, God has supernaturally preserved His words to us.
